The walk wouldn't have to just be putting one foot in front of the other, though for some of us, that's the way to go. <BR/>You could also count another fitness activity - or time spent in meditation or devotional reading . . . <BR/>It takes about 15 minutes to walk a mile. Physical walking is the best way to get the energy for the rest. Walking is the best time to think, observe, pray, muse, talk (to another or oneself).
